Cordelio and Tenaska are developing a wind farm in Lee County, Iowa. Our team is working with local landowners to lease land suitable to host turbines and discussing community benefits.

We believe this area has the right mix of characteristics for a project like this to be successful: growing demand for renewable energy from utilities and larger power users, good wind resources, and a community that's supportive of its economic benefits.
